Tell us what you want poured or fixed, roughly how big it is and what is there now (grass, old concrete, pavers or shell). Mention anything you have noticed: water that stands after a storm, a panel that has dropped, cracks around the pool or a culvert pipe at the street that is crushed or rusted. If you are in a deed-restricted community, let us know, since some associations want to see plans first. A few phone photos taken from a few steps back help.
